• Making Fabric Roll tight in tension for despatch.
• Grading and Flaging of the Fabric Roll.

• Can take Input Fabric in Lump, Cloth Roll and Paper Tube Setup.
• Forward Fabric Movement in Roll.
• Reverse Fabric Movement in Loose.
• Selvedge Adjustment under 3 mm.
• Wider platform for Operator to Stand.
• Scrolling Roller to remove crease on the fabric roll.

• Edge to Edge Rolling - Hydraulic Powerpack along with Programmed PLC for accurate Selvedge.
• Motors at both Feed and Roll are drive-based to control the speed and tension of the fabric.
• Speed Range 0-30 meters/min.
• Acrylic sheets are used instead of Glass for Inspectors’s Protection & Proper Light Dispersion.
• An Ergonomic Shelf is Placed for Operator to keep scissors, records and flags.
• 6” exit Platform to keep Fabric Roll in Buffer .
